SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BRUNTZ CLRF. This Shipping Policy explains how we prepare, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Order Preparation
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During promotional periods, new collection launches, and periods of high order volume, processing may require additional time.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after shipment.
The estimated total timeframe from the date of purchase is generally 6–15 business days, including processing time.
These timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather conditions, peak-season volume, public holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping Availability
BRUNTZ CLRF currently ships to valid residential and business addresses within the United States.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Details
When tracking is available, customers receive a shipping confirmation email after their order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may require up to 72 hours to display movement after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Address Corrections
Customers should carefully review their shipping address before submitting an order.
If an address correction is needed, the customer should contact BRUNTZ CLRF immediately through the Contact Us page.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
BRUNTZ CLRF is not responsible for packages delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If carrier tracking shows that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should:

Confirm that the shipping address entered during checkout was correct.

Check the mailbox, front entrance, side entrance, building lobby, and any secure delivery areas.

Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted the package.

Contact the carrier for delivery details.

We will review the available delivery information and assist with reasonable next steps.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers should contact BRUNTZ CLRF through the Contact Us page if a shipment appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged.
For damaged packages, customers should submit:

A description of the issue; and

Clear photographs of the packaging and affected product.
Damage reports should be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Delayed Orders
If BRUNTZ CLRF becomes aware that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, the customer will be notified and offered the option to:

Accept an updated shipping timeframe; or

Cancel the affected order and receive a refund for the unshipped item or items.
